i think what is meant by this quote is where there is blood there is work. since him working with his dad kind of fell through the roof he was looking for an alternative to make money. when he tried to persue this he was getting lured into a big drug deal that could possibly go wrong.

What I think the quote means is that blood is put into everything. When you try to work hard at something like a goal or something that is meaningful you may get hurt in the process. So blood is literally being put into whatever your trying to work at...meaning you work hard for what you want.

I think what he meant by that is that where there is life there is something to help support it.In Jack's case,he takes ink with him to blood, which is the place he goes to interview a guy,and interviewing a him will do something for Jack,it will help him.Even though he knows chances will be dangerous,he takes the risk anyway when he puts ink into work.

I think the quote means that blood is where the ink is without blood their is no ink and what is their left to live for.He decided to put it to work and went to talk to people about their beliefs. If he was really on their side he would do what they wanted and it may end up going wrong but that is to prove their is blood in the ink of life.

The quote means that where ever there is blood, there is a cause for it. instead of going to college, he is now in a drug dealing process and gets caught.
